#3 Jessica Pethrus: How journaling and therapy has helped her build and practice self-awareness

On her journey to become an empath coach Jessica is sharing her journey on how bullying and unfulfillment created tensions in her family that lead her to the topic of self-development. 

As an introvert, she learned to overcome people-pleasing behaviors through therapy, couples counseling, inner child, and shadow work. 

In this episode she shares her college experience and how she went from keeping quiet, suppressing her feelings to helping others practice acceptance and gratitude through journaling. She shares her journaling methods for more self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
